So I know we haven't been close for some time. I want you to understand, its not because I don't like you. I think we have just had a misunderstanding for, well, it's been too long hasn't it? Im sorry I haven't been feeding you the right foods. I have no valid excuse. I want to make you strong and healthy so you can work properly and feel good. Im sorry I keep you up at such erratic hours. I know it's hard to find your rhythm this way. Im sorry I force insecure habits on you. Smoking is making you so sick.
It's one thing to apologize for my wrong doings, it's another to change them. I vow right now that I will make it right. Please be patient with me. I am not always the strongest person and I know you understand that.
Writing helps everything. This is just the first of many letters I will write to you along this process. I hope that if we communicate with one another we will both start to see positive changes.
